**Fleets of 5 or more will automatically be entered into Best Fleet Category**

Important: Trucks will be parked as they arrive. Judging will start at 9am on Saturday, September 30th, and continue through Sunday, September 30th if necessary. There will be no "saving spaces". If you wish to be parked next to someone specifically, you must come in together.

*** All Trucks wishing to be judged must be parked no later than 12 pm on Saturday, Sept. 30th. Any trucks entering after 12 pm will be for exhibition only.  Trucks that want to participate in the show and shine contest can not be a public sponsor of any kind, if so you will be exhibition only.

We appreciate all donations, but to keep the integrity of our contest, this must be enforced, there will be an anonymous donation box on the day of the show, thank you***

Liability Clause: The undersigned hereby REALESES, ACQUITES, AND FOREVER DISCHARGES and shall DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Soza Trucking, its subsidiaries, and affiliates and their present and former directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives and the respective heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns (collectively, Soza Trucking Parties or individually, a “Soza Trucking Party”) from any and all claims, causes of action, suits and/or demands for personal injury, death or property damage, accrued or to accrue in the future, known or unknown relating to or arising out of any negligent, grossly negligent and/or intentional or unintentional acts of the part of the undersigned in connection with his/her entry into and participation in the Activities. Without limiting the foregoing, the undersigned agrees that the Soza Trucking Parties shall not be liable to him/her, his/her family, heirs, administrators, executors, or assigns for Claims arising from or related to the undersigned’s entry into and participation in the Activities. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone. By registering for this show, participants agree to allow Soza memorial Truck Show to use their image and/or likeness and vehicle images in promotional materials including but not limited to printed and electronic media.
